Life Powder Smoothie Ideas.

Choose a liquid base. Use filtered water, coconut water, or any dairy-free milks (such as oat milk, almond milk, Coconut, or cashew milk) for an extra creamy smoothie. Steer clear of fruit juices most of the time though, as it adds unnecessary sugar.

Combine 20 Grams (approx. 1-2 heaped tablespoons) of Life Powder with the following in a blender usually with 1 x cup of your favourite liquid base as above.
